From Namba Station
Take the Midosuji Line (red line on subway maps) northbound. Get off at Shin-Osaka Station. The trip takes about 15 minutes with no transfers needed.
From Kyoto Station
The Shinkansen reaches Shin-Osaka in 13-15 minutes. You can also take the JR Kyoto Line for a cheaper conventional train option (30 minutes).
From Kansai International Airport
From Kansai International Airport, you can take the JR Haruka Limited Express directly to Shin-Osaka Station in about 50–55 minutes. The train is covered by the JR Pass.

To JR conventional lines
Use the "Shinkansen Transfer Gate" (indicated by blue signs). Do not exit to the main concourse. Pass through this gate to directly access JR platforms. It takes about 3-5 minutes.
To Osaka Metro Midosuji Line
Exit the Shinkansen gates (Central or South Gate). Go downstairs to the 2nd floor and follow the red signs/lines. The walk takes about 10-12 minutes.
