No, we do not sell the Japan Rail Pass. Instead, as an Official JR Partner, we offer individual Shinkansen (bullet train) tickets for all routes across Japan—including popular journeys like Tokyo to Kyoto, Tokyo to Osaka, and Tokyo to Hiroshima—delivered via QR code.\nSince the JR Pass price has increased, buying single Shinkansen tickets is often the cheaper option if you plan only one or two long-distance trips during your stay. You pay only for the journeys you actually take, with no activation or pass validity period to manage.
Order & Booking
Your order is not confirmed immediately upon request. Our agents will purchase your tickets and send an email with QR code. Same-day bookings are prioritized and your QR code is typically sent within 1 hour. For advance bookings, confirmation may take up to 48 hours.
While we make every effort to secure your tickets promptly, if your desired seats are unavailable for the intended departure date and time, we will contact you immediately for rescheduling or provide a full refund.
After your order request, we will send a QR code to your email once your tickets have been confirmed. On some routes you can board directly with the QR code; on other routes, please visit a designated JR station counter or ticketing machine and use the QR code to receive your physical tickets. Instructions for your route will be provided in My Orders.
No, we do not deliver tickets. Instead, you will need to visit a JR station prior to departure and retrieve your tickets using the QR code that you will receive after placing your order on our website.
It depends on your route. On some routes you can board the Shinkansen directly with the QR code; on others you must collect your paper tickets at the station, as e-tickets and QR codes are not accepted for boarding. Instructions for your route will be provided in My Orders.

Please contact us to let us know if you have not received a confirmation email yet.
Payment

Yes, you can download your receipt from the order page.
Boarding
Please refer to Tickets & Platform Display for instructions on how to read Shinkansen tickets.
While most Shinkansen trains depart on time, it's generally a good idea to arrive at the platform 5 minutes before the departure time. However, considering the complexity of Japanese stations with multiple platforms, we highly recommend arriving at the station at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
Change & Cancel
Certain tickets are eligible for changes under specific conditions. Please refer to Change My Booking for more details.
If you lost your ticket, please inform the JR ticket counter or a train staff. You will need to repurchase the same ticket (for the same route, train, and class) for re-issuance, and the ticket will be marked as “Re-issued for Loss”. Please refer to Lost My Tickets for more details.
