Cancellation
- In this service, we do not accept cancellations or refunds after ticket purchase.
- However, for limited express reserved seat tickets and green-car reserved seat tickets before the departure time, as well as limited express unreserved seat tickets and boarding tickets within the valid period, you can receive a refund at the JR station ticket counters. In this case, the refund amount will be the displayed ticket price minus the refund handling fee.
