Cancellation
Cancellations and refunds after purchase may be available under certain conditions. Depending on the situation, the process will be handled either by us or at a JR station counter.
【Cancellations Processed by Our Company】
・Before QR code is issued: Free cancellation
・QR code issued and more than 2 days before departure: Cancellation available (20% cancellation fee applies)
・After QR code is issued or within 2 days of departure: Cancellations and refunds cannot be processed by our company
【Refunds at JR Station Counters (for Paper Tickets)】
If the following conditions are met, you may receive a refund at a JR station counter.
*The refund amount will be the ticket price minus the JR-designated handling fee.*

Base Fare Ticket (乗車券) | Within the valid period | 220 JPY |
