Boarding
Boarding procedure
To pass through the ticket gate, insert both the boarding ticket and the limited express ticket, make sure to retrieve the ticket when it comes out the other side. Next, head to the designated platform as indicated on the electronic display board. When the train arrives, the doors will automatically open, allowing you to board, then find your seat as specified on your ticket. If you've reserved an Unreserved seat, there is no specific seat arrangements, so you're free to choose any available seat in the unreserved seating area. While there are no requirements for baggage inspection or ID presentation during boarding, please be aware that station staff may occasionally ask to see your ticket while onboard. It's advised to keep your ticket easily accessible.
- Please be aware that You CANNOT board with the QR code that you will receive after your order. You need to acquire your physical tickets using the QR code before boarding the train.
